Hypothermia Resources


Hypothermia is an ever present risk for anyone in the wilderness or caught out unprepared for the weather.  Hypothermia can happen any time of year and can affect people of all ages and physical conditions.

All search and rescue teams should plan for the treatment of hypothermia and be able to recognize its symptoms.
