Update July 8, 2002: Feedback suggested summary pages would be good
additions - 2 new pages added.
Update September 5, 2002: Feedback suggested major changes including removing the
standards. It is more international in scope now.
Update October 6, 2002: Feedback suggested double pages. Now 2 more pdfs are available,
one for cutting and one for folding. All four files are included in the V4 Zip file.
